Bailiwick Botanicals Returns Policy

At Bailiwick Botanicals®, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you change your mind or receive a defective product, you may return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please take the time to read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Faulty Goods on Arrival

In the rare event that a product you receive from us is defective upon arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To process your claim:

• Notify us of any faults or defects as soon as possible by contacting contact@bailiwickbotanicals.com.
• Include the original invoice with the returned item.
• Once our Returns Department receives and confirms the defect, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return a purchase for a change of mind, you must:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting contact@bailiwickbotanicals.com.
• Return the product(s) in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all packaging, seals, and wrapping intact.
• Include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Vaporizers and devices intended for use with medicinal cannabis (MC):
• Due to health and safety regulations, any device designed for use with medicinal cannabis cannot be returned once medicinal cannabis has been introduced into the device, even if the seal is unbroken.
• Vaporizers and similar products are classified as hygienic goods and are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.
• It is recommended that you inspect and turn on the device BEFORE medicinal cannabis is put into the device. As soon as medicinal cannabis is put into the device, the device can not be returned to the store.
• We recommend reading the instruction manual(s) and follow the directions provided by the Manufacturer; including following all Warranty activation instructions.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Process

• It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product(s) to:
  Bailiwick Botanicals, Weighbridge House, Lower Pollet, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WL

• The customer is responsible for any associated return shipping costs.
• Refunds will only be processed once the product(s) has been received, inspected, and confirmed by our Returns Department to be in its original, unused, and sealed condition.
• Refunds will be issued to the same account and using the same payment method used to place the order.
